Why can I not log in?

1. Check if the login name and password are entered correctly. 
2. It is possible that the details you use to log in are no longer valid. Check the validity date on the voucher. 
3. You may be using an outdated internet browser. Your browser is the program you use to surf the Internet.
     For example: Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. With an outdated browser, you can unfortunately no longer
     (properly) use the website We recommend switching to a newer version.

Cookie settings in Internet Explorer: 
1. Open your browser and click on the gear at the top right;  
2. In the menu that appears, click on 'Internet options'; 
3. Then click on 'Privacy'; 
4. Click on 'Advanced' under 'Settings'; 
5. A pop-up will appear. Under 'Third-party cookies', choose 'Accept'; 
6. Then click on 'OK'. 

Cookie settings in Netscape/Firefox: 
1. Open your browser and click on the three lines at the top right; 
2. Click on 'Options' in the menu that appears; 
3. Click on 'Privacy and Security'; 
4. Go to the section about ' Cookies and data'; 5. Select the recommended option 'Accept cookies and data from websites (recommended)'.

1. Open your browser and click on the dots at the top right of the screen; 
2. Choose 'Settings'; 
3. Click on 'Privacy and security'; 
4. Click on 'Content settings' under the word 'Privacy' 'Cookies'; 
5. Choose 'Cookies and other site data". 

Cookie settings in Safari: 
1. Open your browser and click on 'Safari' in the menu at the top of the screen; 
2. Click on 'Preferences'; 
3. Click on the 'Privacy' tab;  
4. Make sure 'Block all cookies' is unchecked. 

Cookie settings in Microsoft Edge: 
1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the bar at the top right of your screen; 
2. Click on 'settings/settings'; 
3. Scroll down and click on 'Show advanced settings'; 
4. Scroll to below and under Cookies select: 'Do not block cookies'.

What should I do if I have lost my login name and password?

Contact our helpdesk using this form or call 0900 8 528 528 (standard rate - only accessible from the Netherlands). The helpdesk employee will ask for your name, address details, and the name of your employer. This information is checked with your employer. As soon as your employer has confirmed, you will receive a new login name and password from us.
