How does ordering a gift work?

You can select and order your gift online. 

1. Go to the website www.mijncarrousel.nl;  
2. Enter your login name and password in the box. You will find these on your voucher; 
3. Click 'log in', you will now be taken to your employer's page; 
4. Here you can choose a gift theme. Gift themes include "Cooking & Dining", "Home & Design" or "Gadgets & Accessories"; 
5. After choosing a theme you will see all kinds of gifts; 
6. Click on the gift of your choice; 
7. Click on 'Order this gift'; 
8. Fill in your details on the form and click on 'continue to order"; 
9. Check whether you have entered your details and the gift or your choice correctly; 
10. Finally, click on 'Complete order'

The gift will be sent to the address you entered.

Why can't I place an order?

Are you having trouble ordering your gift? That could be due to a number of things:
  • Check if the voucher is still valid. Has the date on the voucher expired? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to order a gift.
  • Are you getting an error message on your screen when you want to order your gift? Contact our helpdesk using this form or call 0900 8 528 528 (standard rate - only accessible from the Netherlands). They will be happy to help.

What is the delivery time for gifts from Cadeau Carousel? 

Have you ordered your gift? You will have received an email. This is the order confirmation. Your order will be processed and shipped. The standard delivery time is 5 working days. For packages outside of the Netherlands, it can take a little longer. If your gift is expected to take longer than 5 working days, this will be stated clearly in the order confirmation email.

Will I receive confirmation of my choice for a gift? 

Have you ordered a gift on the website? You will receive an email. This is the order confirmation. Please keep this email in a safe place. If there is something wrong with your gift, you will need this email. 

Why have I not received an email (order confirmation) after placing my order?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent with every order. If you have not received an email, there are three things you can do:

1. Check whether your order was successful
  • Go to the website www.mijncarrousel.nl;  
  • Enter your login name and password again;
  • Click 'log in';
  • Do you see your gift? Your order has been successful.
  • Do you not see your gift? Your order was not successful. Look at 'How do I order my gift?' to order your gift.
Please note: this is only possible during the validity of your voucher. This is stated with your personal login details on the voucher.

2. Check the email address you entered 
It is possible that you entered your email address incorrectly when ordering. Unfortunately you can no longer change this. It is also not possible to receive a new confirmation at a different email address. Contact the helpdesk using this form, or call 0900 8 528 528 (standard rate - only accessible from the Netherlands).

3. Check your email inbox
The order confirmation may have ended up in your junk email or spam box. Check your junk mail/spam box for an email from 'Cadeau Carrousel'.

How do I check if I have placed the right order? 

1. Visit the www.mijncarrousel.nl website;  
2. Enter your login name and password;. 
3. Click 'log in';  
4. Do you see your gift? Your order has been successful. 
5. Do you not see your gift? Your order was not successful. Look at 'How do I order my gift?" to order your gift. 

Please note: this is only possible during the validity of your voucher. This is stated with your personal login details on the voucher. 

Can I change or exchange my choice for a gift? 

Have you selected a gift and clicked on 'Complete order? Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change your order. After you have received the gift, you can exchange it for another gift. The shipping costs will be charged to you.
