Can I exchange my gift for another gift?
Would you like another gift instead? It is possible to exchange your gift*. Follow the instructions on
this page to return the gift. This is possible up to 14 days after you have received the gift. The helpdesk will assess the return request. After this you will receive the return address by e-mail. The shipping costs are for your own account.
Have you received a damaged, incomplete or wrong gift? Then look under
'Service & Warranty'. The helpdesk assesses the Service & Warranty question. You will then receive the return address and reply number from us by email.
*Please note: this does
not apply to gift cards, outings and experiences, books, magazine subscriptions, drink and food packages.
