I received the wrong gift. What do I do now?

1. Go to our Helpdesk; 
2. Click on 'Returns';  
3. Select 'I have received a wrong item'; 
4. Complete the form and click 'Send". 

One of our employees will get to work on your request. You will receive an email. In this email, we explain whether and how you can return the item to us for free. Here you will also find the instructions on how to receive the right gift or we order the gift again for you. 

What should I do if my gift is damaged?

1. Go to our Helpdesk; 
2. Click on 'Returns';  
3. Select 'The item received is damaged'; 
4. Complete the form and click 'Send'. 

One of our employees will start working on your request. You will receive an email. In this email, we explain whether and how you can return the item to us for free. You will also find instructions on how to receive the gift. 

What should I do if my gift doesn't work?

Did the gift you received break within the warranty period? 
1. Go to our Helpdesk; 
2. Click on 'Returns';  
3. Select 'The item or device doesn't work'; 
4. Complete the form and click 'Send". 

One of our employees will get to work on your request. If your gift turns out to be broken, you will receive an email from us. In it we explain how to return the gift for free. Here you will also find the instructions on how to receive a new gift. 

My gift is not complete. What should I do?

1. Go to our Helpdesk; 
2. Click on 'Returns'
3. Select 'The item received is incomplete'; 
4. Complete the form and click 'Send'. 

One of our employees will start working on your request. We will do our best to send the missing part as soon as possible. 

What is my warranty certificate?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This is your warranty certificate. If there's a problem with your gift, you'll need this. So keep your order confirmation in a safe place. 

Your OrderID is also important. This number is on the packing slip. The number can also be found in the order confirmation you received by email after your order.

I have submitted a question to the helpdesk through the online form. When will I receive a reply?

Our employees will respond to most questions within 2 working days. 
Sometimes we do not immediately have an answer to your question. We may have to inquire, for example with the supplier of your gift or your employer. In that case we will keep you informed.

Why is the OrderID so important?

The OrderID is a unique number. With this number we can quickly find all your details. This allows us to help you more quickly if you have a question.

What happens with my data?

When ordering your gift, we ask for your name and address. This is so we can deliver the gift to you. Your email address and telephone number are required to confirm the order of the gift and so we will be able to reach you if there are any ambiguities or questions.  

Cadeau Carrousel is registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority under number m1373140. This registration means that Gift Carousel may only use your data for the processing of your order. We also do not share your data with others and we are ISO 27001 certified. ISO 27001 is a globally recognised standard for information security
