Help with login


Your Cadeau Carrousel voucher contains a personal login name and password.
Enter your personal login name and password on the access page to access the special Cadeau Carrousel website.
 
If you experience a problem with logging in, then please perform the following steps:
  1. Verify that your login name and password have been entered correctly.
  2. It is possible that your credentials have expired. Please check the validity date on the voucher you received.
  3. You may be using an outdated internet browser. Your browser is the program you use to surf the internet. For example: Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. Unfortunately, you can no longer (properly) use the MijnCarrousel.nl website with an outdated browser. We recommend that you switch to a newer version.
  4. Are you still experiencing problems? Then the problem may be an overloaded cache or outdated cookies. Therefore, try clearing the cache and clearing the cookies. How this works depends on the browser you use. Here is an explanation of the browsers we support:
Clear cookies and empty cache in Chrome
  • Click on the three dots at the top right of the browser
  • Go to Settings
  • In the left menu, go to Privacy and security
  • Now go to Clear browsing data
  • In the Basics tab, check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  • Remove all other check marks
  • Click Clear data
  • Close this tab and return to the Cadeau Carrousel login page
Clear cookies and clear cache in Firefox
  • Go to the top right to the three lines
  • Go to Settings
  • Click Privacy & Security
  • Go to Cookies and website data
  • Click Clear data
  • Click Clear.
  • Close this tab and return to the Cadeau Carrousel login page
Clear cookies and clear cache in Edge
  • Go to the top right to the three dots
  • Go to Settings
  • In the left menu, go to Privacy, search and services
  • Under 'Clear browsing data', click Choose what to clear
  • Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and uncheck other options if they are already checked
  • Click Clear Now
  • Close this tab and return to the Cadeau Carrousel login page
Clear cookies and clear cache in Safari
In Safari this works in 2 parts, depending on which version of MacOS you are using.
  • Clear the cookies first. To clear the cookies, see Apple's support page.
Then empty the cache, this works as follows:
  • In the menu bar at the top, go to Safari
  • Choose Preferences.
  • Go to the Advanced tab
  • Check Show Develop menu in menu bar
  • Close the window by clicking on the red ball with the cross.
  • In the menu bar at the top, go to Develop
  • Click Empty caches
  • Go to the Cadeau Carrousel login page again

To provide login credentials, the helpdesk employee will ask for your name, address and the name of your employer. This information is then verified with your employer, and as soon as your employer has confirmed, you will receive a new login name and password from us.
